(Sepulveda location) First service, after having driven with a nail in the tire for 2 months...eek! They were able to identify and fix it...months now, still holding. Second service, after being informed CV boots needed replacement (rec'd an explanation of how they work). Got a fair quote (they took a pinch off) and had that all fixed. Read up that changing out the axle is also likely needed, and that's what they recommended and did. Smooth turning. No clicks, no grinding. (FYI, 2014 vehicle)

Short story: great prices, fantastic vibes, and know what they’re doing. Go here. Long story: I always dread going to a mechanic because I don’t know anything about cars, and I always feel I am likely going to be overcharged. And of always the inkling fear of them making things worse. These dudes have eased my dread. The staff: Albert was super friendly, the vibes in the shop were warm and professional, and they had Super Mario Bros. knick knacks, so I felt at home. There was also extensive communication regarding updates on my vehicle which I found reassuring. The work: got all my breaks replaced, had the brake fluid replaced, had my oil fully changed, and had my wheels aligned. All of it was done in the same day. Been driving my car for a while now and everything is running smooth! The price: I paid $1,500 for everything. At the time I felt hesitant to pay that much because I had no idea how much these things “should” cost. Once I got home I did some research (Reddit and AI), I found out this was actually a really good price which was a huge relief. Overall: they made everything as easy as possible, were super friendly and communicative, and the price was great all things considered. If anything ails my Jetta going forward, at least I don’t have to worry about where to take it. Cook’s COOKS!

Excellent Customer service. I was able to purchase four new tires for my truck Cook's tire prices. Even beat Sam's club and Costco. Also checked with some other local mechanics in Anaheim and Santa Ana. Plus they were able to even give me a ride back to my apartment and pick me up and bring me back again. So I was able to get the lowest price and the customer service was just really good overall. If I had any questions the staff was professional and able to answer any questions that I had regarding my truck giving five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STARS 🤩

Pedro and the team at Cook's Tire are honest, do great work, and are my go to for all my car needs (I prefer to use them over the dealership when I can). I had brakes recently replaced and it squeaked for over 3 weeks so I brought it back in. They were able to take advantage of the manufacturer warranty, and replaced both brakes and rotors at no charge. Their ratings are well deserved and I highly recommend them!

I needed my rear driver side shock replaced due to a faulty Bilstein shock I installed myself a couple of years ago. Went into Cooks Tire here in Orange, first time going and I was pleasantly surprised. They quickly gave me a quote to replace it with the shock I requested. Had it replaced and installed at a fair price. They even cleaned up the oil residue that the previous shock left around axel components! Will definitely use this place again for future work on my 4Runner.
